Shipping

Most orders are dispatched within two business days of being placed. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when the carrier collects the parcel. We offer free shipping in the United States on every order.

Now and then an order takes longer, for reasons such as a carrier backlog, severe weather, or a payment or address check. Our Terms allow up to ten business days for dispatch to cover those cases. If your order will take longer than that, we email you.

Returns

You may return a product within 30 days of it shipping. Email us and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds are processed within two business days of the product arriving back with us, and your bank then takes three to ten days to show it.

This restates the return window set out in our Terms. Where the two differ, the Terms govern.
